Nav Global was born from pain, purpose, and the belief that no real estate professional should lose their time, freedom, or peace to broken systems.
I didn’t get into real estate to sell houses.
I got into it to build the dream I once shared with my brothers, Keith and Rob.
Together, we envisioned something bigger than business,  a purpose-driven real estate team that would serve our community and fellow veterans with integrity, grit, and heart.
But life had other plans.

From Service to calLing Empires

It was 3:27 PM on a Saturday when everything changed.
I was staring at a job offer, stable, comfortable, safe. After a brutal year of financial setbacks and relentless hustle in real estate, the logical choice seemed clear. Take the security. Play it saf3e.

But when it came time to say “yes,” I couldn’t.

Twenty-seven minutes after declining that offer, my phone rang. A builder needed someone to manage a small community of 12 homes. That call became the turning point that transformed my entire trajectory.

My journey to real estate began in uniform, first as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantryman, then over a decade with the U.S. Capitol Police on Capitol Hill. On paper, I had stability. In reality, I felt capped, financially, creatively, and personally.

The real catalyst came from tragedy. My brother Keith and I had dreamed of building a real estate empire together. We were both in service, both driven by big visions. But Keith, deployed with the Army, took his own life. His loss shattered my world and ignited an unshakeable fire within me.

I realized life is short, and dreams are fragile. That’s when I walked away from government security to build something real.

The path wasn’t easy. I faced homelessness after a devastating $750,000 loss on my first home purchase. But with a Marine’s grit and unwavering belief, I pushed forward.

I immersed myself in learning from top producers, mentors, and real estate powerhouses. My breakthrough came when Mike Parker and Jay Webster at Marrick Homes trusted me with that first project in Maryland, 12 homes that became the foundation of everything that followed.

Today, that moment of courage at 3:27 PM reminds me that the biggest risks often lead to the greatest rewards. Every empire starts with a single decision to move forward, even when the path isn’t clear.

Building isn’t just about properties, it’s about having the courage to construct the life you envision, one decision at a time.

That day, I made mine.
